    Hello,

Capture One Pro does support the Leica M8, perhaps you are not using an up to date version? Update to 3.7.7 and you have M8 support.

When Capture One 4 releases you will receive a free upgrade. Pro users will be entitled to get 4.0 (LE equivalent) for free, when the Pro version releases, All pro users will be able to use the first of their 2 upgrades towards it.

    To Clarify:
UpDates = fixes Bugs and adds new DSLR models and are always Free
UpGrades = adds Features and Functions and overall program improvement and are chargeable

PRO Licenses came with 2 Free UpGrades and LE with 1.
You can verify your Upgrade status after login to your Profile and view History.

4.0 will be the very first chargeable UpGrade, so all Capture One owners should still have all their Free UpGrades.
If a discrepancy is seen in this number, then submit a Support Case with Product Key.

I just bought Capture One Pro, the latest version, I'm on a mac and it cannot see the DNG files when I save them to my hard drive. You say it has M8 support, what do I need to do to get it to see the files so I can begin processing them?

    Thanks

    HI -
With 3.7.7 Capture One, you should be able to see the RAW M8/ DNG files.
    http://www.phaseone.com/HOME/Content/Su ... 20-%20Main
1-Confirm they are the right RAW DNG files ( not processed DNG files)
2-Place them in the default location of User> Pictures
3- Use navigator tool within the program to find the RAW files
    or
4-Shoot some new RAW DNG files to card, use the card reader via media importer to bring in the new RAW files.

If this does not work, contact support, create case and send them a RAW file
