Processed files location

My processed files are always placed within a named subfolder (a name I've used in the past) within the captures folder. Any thoughts on what's causing this?

More generally, any suggestions on helpful documentation regarding working with sessions/files/folders? The PO doc doesn't help, I've never been as baffled by something that seems so simple and useful.

    In the process tool, check under advanced to see if anything has been typed into the \"sub folder\" field. If so, delete it and problem solved. If not, I don't know what's going on.
