Is upgrade from Media Pro 1.5 -> 1.6 free?

I have installed version 1.5. My license account claims, that I have version 1.
I see upgrade option to SE version (not 1.6) for 39EUR.
I'm little lost. Is 1.5->1.6 payable option? Why no 1.6 in my for me (is SE and 1.6 the same sw?)?

    Some posts call the software v 1.6 and the release notes do read like a point update but Phase One calls this a version upgrade so there is a cost associated. Rather than call the software Media Pro 2.0, they call it Media Pro SE (second edition).

    I am logged in and see only the upgrade price.
    How much is the full license ?

    If I remember correctly, the full version when I bought it was a couple hundred dollars..?
