Capture One Express V 7.1.3
The CO express is quite cheap to upgrade, but then the attention given seems to be insufficient.
Before the problem, I have to inform about the system.
W8, laptop, Lots of internal and external HD space, i7 processor.
Some software operating w/o problems include CO 6, Phocus for windows, PS Elements 11. All these work w/o problems.
Coming (repeating) my problem after 7.1.3 (7.1.2 had the same) is: NOTE: Everything operates fine with Capture One 6 express, but it does not process d600 files).
I can retouch all my RAW files. The attached photos are from Nikon D600. NEX-7 and Canon 5DII are not different.
I can export the retouched RAW files.
I just can NOT export variants as JPG or TIFF. (same files used, same destination folder selected.)
Attached are 2 screen shots. One showing the settings right before exporting the variant. The second is the error message that I receive.
I finally have to "beg" PhaseOne to ask me what other information they need to try to solve my problem. I upgraded to be able to use the software! Please tell me what to try.

Another small annoyance. CO7.1.3 changes my computers keyboard selection to English. The chinese message stopped now after 7.1.3 upgrade.

I have attached smaller screenshots. My first message works now with these.
Hard to read, but not impossible. I think it shows that I have selected a photo, and ready to change it to JPG 80%, Adbe RGB, and the destination folder is also selected, (and valid, because I export retouched RAW files also to this folder w/o problems)
Regarding error messages, the downsized error message is also attached. There are no details there.
Regarding d600 files, this was just an example. I have the same problem with 5DII files, NEX7 files also.
The problem seems to be while converting to JPG. RAW files are no problem to export.
Also repeating: I have no problems with CO 6 Express version. (but removed from the computer to make a clean start with V7).
Finally: How can I open a support case? Isn't this the case? I can attach any RAW file, but problem is with ALL my RAW files, from any of my cameras.
