Lost adjustments and metadata
I've noticed on several occasions that adjustments and especially metadatas were sometimes lost after exiting C1, like the "autosave" didn't do its job.
At first I thought it was a mistake on my part, like an extra "CTRL-Z", but after some controlled experiments (open C1, apply adjustments, key IPTC metadata, then close C1) the bug seems to be real (at least on my side) and completely unpredictable (some pictures retain everything and some lose part of the adjustments or metadatas). After hunting in my catalog I noticed the issue on pictures I worked on a while ago.
Anybody's aware of this issue ? Or did experience something similar ?
PS : My catalog is located on a SSD (tested without any problem).

from time to time i notice that local adjustments are gone or show up in the local adjustments tab, but cannot be edited anymore.

After testing around a little bit, it seems I have found a repeating pattern for this issue, at least for the IPTC metadata loss.
Every time I select a folder in the catalog tree (any folder), the last picture I was working on in this folder pops up (as it should) and bam! the metadata is gone. So far it has happened to me every single time. Maybe (only in this case) C1 reloads the metadata from the RAW. In any case it's really annoying, and I'm glad I don't key a lot of metadata.
I looks like a bug to me. Metadata should not evaporate like that.0 -
What are the settings of the Metadata section in the Preferences > Image tab? 0 -

I changed the setting "Sync sidecar XMP" to none and unticked the two "Prefer" option under it and it would seem like the metadata issue is gone.
