Capture Pilot shows no pictures
Hello, i have a problem and i hope one of you can help, cause i can´t find anything about it online.
I am usin Capture one with Capture Pilot on my Ipad for a while now, and it doesn´t work anymore since last week.
The Capture Pilot will show the right folder, but no Pictures.
And i have checked all the right boxes (the server name is correct, the folder that i want to see in Capture Pilot hast the right name and so on)
I really have no idea what else i can do, so please someone help! 😊
(I also wrote an Email to the support of phase one, but haven´t heard anything for over a week now.)

Two questions.
What, if anything, changed on any of your systems about a week ago?
When you say "sent an email" do you mean that you created a "Support Case" - the official and managed way to register a request for help from the Capture One Support Team?

nothing changed, that is the weird thing, and the reason why i have no idea.
I wrote an E-mail to the support side.

No idea where yo might have sent the email but I think you would be better to create a Support Case and access the official Support Team's communications loop.

have you tried viewing via web browser rather than app? 0 -
I need to view it with the App, cause that is the way my customers choose their pics.
