Draw line/border around picture

Lots don't like this, but I would like to be able to do this in C1.
Perhaps with layers?
Perhaps with scripting?

    I don't know how to do it with Capture One, if it can do that, what I doubt. As you know, the purpose of Capture One is not to work with vectorial objects, except in very few cases. There are better software to do that, such as Photoshop, Affinity Photo, for instance. But I agree that a plug-in would be welcome.....
