Subscription Problems

I started capture one pro as a one-year plan back in 2015.
this august, I didnt want a renewal so capture one got deactivated on my macbook.
changed my mind - so I went for a renewal... which was a pain to actually see through all the details to get capture back running on my mac...
I redownloaded capture like 10 times... always saying that capture was deactivated and i should follow the insturctions online to get in running again... which was weird, cause normally (when u open cature on your computer for the first time) it leaves u with option for testing, buying and activate it... didnt happen with me tho... only got that "deactivated" popup.
so I went online and bought software capture one pro license and got a mail with my code... still - that bloody software wouldnt open properly without telling me to go online and purchase - which i had done already!
nevertheless... I dont know what i did - but after deleting and redownloading that software (this last attempt- i downloaded free 30 days version) it finally opened so i could choose "activate" and dialed my code.
capture was running again.
NOW THIS - everytime I open capture on my macbook it **** asks me to enter my code and account data again.. tbh this sucks. im sure somethings wrong here... online i can see everytime ive activated that license on my computre..
I just wanna have it running and stay activated - is there anything im doing wrong or missed out a step?
FUN FACT // Im somehow listed with 2 accounts :/ one account is the one that went with my old plan and order history back in AUG2015-AUG2019 (it says no license available)
and the other account runs with that code that i purchased a few days ago that wont let me stay activated....
ive tried to manage my account 3 times already - im entering my mailing address to get instruction but no mail is coming through...
i hate this so bad.
is there any advice u guys could give me?

Good luck with trying to reach support. You get into a endless loop.
Opinion so far Capture One's support is worthless if you can't access it.0 -

❓ Anytime I have contacted support, I got an answer within a day or two, and a very good help from them.
