8.2 Metadata presets disappearing

I have my copyright notice saved as a metadata preset. Occasionally the copyright field disappears and does not show up when exporting the photo. I can export the same photo twice in a row without making any changes and on the second export the info is gone and sometimes when restarting the app the copyright fields are missing in random photos. I opened a support case but I'm making this post here incase others have the same issue so you can check your copyright or other metadata to make sure it is exporting.

  Thanks for letting us know. Have to check the metadata. Do you export TIF or JPEG (or something else)?

  Export to JPEG. The disappearing metadata happens regardless of which export recipe I'm using since it sometimes disappears when just switching to a new image or switching tool tabs and not even exporting.
