There is a known issue with NEF files which has been pre-edited in Nikon software due to the fact that Nikon software stores information in the RAW file, this will be handled in forth comming version 3.7 which will also support the D2x.
Options you have is open the images in Nikon software and reset all settings or give a try in the older version Capture One 3.5.2

    Thank´s for your help Ulf.

Restoring of NEF´s changes back to original files in Nikon Capture didn´t help to solve that issue for Capture One 3.6, but version 3.5.2 works well! Probably would be better to wait for 3.7 - could you tell me approx. price and when will be posted?

    Kind Regards
    Daniel

The Nikon fix should work, but you might have to clear that cache for the software to regenerate previews.
Release candidate should be out shortly, end of this month is the plan. Final release is set for May.

Having the exact same problem as described by Daniel, could someone please point me to that Nikon Fix? If that does it, I might even reinstall the 3.6 version 😊

    Thanks in advance.

This issue should be fixed in Capture One 3.7, release candidate is available for download at www.phaseone.com now.

Well, i have installed the 3.7 version, but the problem still persists. The picture looks OK in 3.5.2, but both in 3.6 and 3.7 it's corrupted. Seems to be the preview only tho. I have cleared the cache several times to no avail. When processing the image, it comes out good. It also previews and displays correctly in PSCS
