As nobody's sent you a response, I suggest creating a support ticket via the link in my signature.

Go to preferences .... under "Image".... "allow jpeg editing".

    Hi!

Just downloaded Capture One and installed. Can select file (.CR2/JPG) to edit but will not allow any adjustments. Can anybody help?

During a trial you can run Capture One in one of 4 modes

    DB
    For Sony
    Pro for Sony
    Pro

You need to run as Pro for CR2 files. And then make sure that editing Canon files is active.

Which do you select when you start the program?

I have downloaded the Pro version and just for sure I reinstalled it several times, nothing helped though.
How can I make sure that editing Canon is active? Are there some kind of settings for that? I wasn't able to find it.

    Thanks!

There's only one version, you select the license from within the app (Capture One 10 > License in the macOS version, don't know where this is in the Windows version).
