Capture 4.7 Error when shooting tethered?

Since upgrading to Capture 4.7 on our capture mac in the studio, we have started getting error messages after shooting off a frame as follows: "This document's file has been changed by another application since you opened or saved it" with the choices 'to save' or 'Don't save'. If you don't save the error message keeps appearing. We are shooting with a P25, tethered to an iMac. We have tried quitting all applications, starting a new session and restarting the computer all to no avail.

Can any help with suggestions for fix?

    Most likely a permission right issue on your hard drive.
    To verify try creating a new session in /User/Shared

    If it works fine then just do a repair on permission on your harddrive.

    I always tend to shoot and have files in /Users/Shared since operating system have to write minimal amount of permissions.
