problems with file output size
Hi all,
I'm using capture 1 pro 3.7.4 and i'm attempting batch processing to high quality jpegs. I've done some colour adjustment & crop to all 180 images. the output settings are Format : JPEG HIgh, Profile : Adobe RGB 1998, Quality : High, Res : 300 px/in, Scale : Fixed, 100%, Output size : 8x12in.
Yet all i get when it has processed and i open it in Photoshop is Pixel dimension of W : 2586 x H : 3864, yet my document size is bloody enormous (38212 x 57097) and is only Res : 1ppi. ??
I've 5 folders of similar images, taken under same settings, on same day and they process perfectly normally; but for some reason these 184 images all process to 1 ppi and a giant document size.
Nearly every setting on this set of images is the same as the previous 5 folders, apart from an applied crop.
I've processed a single RAW file from this set in Adobe camera RAW and it works a treat.
Any help would be appreciated.

Toby,
that was a Bug with some Canon models.
Update to the most current version of Capture One 3.7.7 and problem solved.
Cheers,
K C0
