image in viewer seems zoomed in, but is not?

    I would start with the OpenCL setting in Preferences, General tab. Set it to Never for Display.

    Also double check the screen resolution settings or the second monitor.

    I had a couple of graphics card driver updates (unrelated to OpenCL as my card does not support it) that did odd things to the screens - especially my lower spec second terminal. Seemed that the original settings were overwritten with something rather different.

    There is enough complexity in the overall handling of graphics cards for strange situations to arise from time to time.

    I'm assuming you have checked all the basic settings already ...
