When shooting tethered....

I just began to shoot tethered on a few jobs and noticed that the exposure information is missing on these files. The only info it gives me is the ISO. What is going on? How do I get the info?

  This is not available with the P20 and P25 when shooting tethered when they are handled like an H series back when connect to the computer. The protocol simply does not accommodate this information to be transferred. This is not the case with P21, P30 and P45 when they have received a new communication suite. If this suite will be implemented on P20/P25 through firmware upgrade we can not yet say.

  Where can I let Phase One know that this information would be helpful for users of the P20 and P25 and not just the users of the P21, 30 and 45? I do not understand why it can be done on those models and not easily added to the others.
