Has the current (Windows) configuration been working properly in the past? The quoted text is a bit of a mystery for me. Are the previews normal or showing no color as well or does the color disappear when processed = in the output files? What are you processing parameters, in particular the profile?

Tip: I would advise you to update to the latest CO 4.x version (4.8.3); a lot of maintenance and improvements have been done by Phase One since 4.5.

when you select [view] -> [view selected color range] you have a monochrome image displayed plus a color (color range) selected in color editor tool.

Yes the present configuration was working normally until a few days ago. I have added no software, only Windows updates. The thumbnails appear normal with proper color saturation. I tried processing one image that was being display with no color and the .TIF had normal color saturation.
Some images show slight traces of color and others are totally monochrome. The thing that puzzles me the most is in a series of images there might be one or two that are displayed with normal saturation.

Thank you for the response. That solved the problem. After using View/View Selected Color Range images are now being displayed with normal color saturation.
