Images Contain Very Little Color Saturation
I've been using CO for a long time and have a problem I've never seen before. Images selected for processing display no color except sometimes showing a little Blue where the image has deep Blue. The thumbnails look normal and the images are fine when processed with other RAW processors. Of course I've checked the usual settings and even re-installed CO 4.5 without any improvement in the problem. I have tried both Generic and Magne Nilsen profiles without success. JPEG files are displayed normally and sometimes one or two RAW images out of a series display normal color.
I tried processing a RAW image that appeared Monochrome and the .TIF file had normal color saturation so the problem seems to be with Capture One 4.5 displaying selected images.
I'm running Windows 7 Professional 64 bit on i7 920 (OC @ 3.6) with 6GB of RAM. Camera is a Canon 5D. Any help would be appreciated.

Has the current (Windows) configuration been working properly in the past? The quoted text is a bit of a mystery for me. Are the previews normal or showing no color as well or does the color disappear when processed = in the output files? What are you processing parameters, in particular the profile?
Tip: I would advise you to update to the latest CO 4.x version (4.8.3); a lot of maintenance and improvements have been done by Phase One since 4.5.0 -
when you select [view] -> [view selected color range] you have a monochrome image displayed plus a color (color range) selected in color editor tool. 0 -
Yes the present configuration was working normally until a few days ago. I have added no software, only Windows updates. The thumbnails appear normal with proper color saturation. I tried processing one image that was being display with no color and the .TIF had normal color saturation.
Some images show slight traces of color and others are totally monochrome. The thing that puzzles me the most is in a series of images there might be one or two that are displayed with normal saturation.[quote="Paul_E" wrote:

Thank you for the response. That solved the problem. After using View/View Selected Color Range images are now being displayed with normal color saturation.
