Preview preferences using a default Session?

I am using a default Session for everything as I am a low volume shooter, and it suits my workflow.

What I want to know is this:

In the Library tab, when I point C1 at a new folder of images, it creates previews of these at the bottom of the screen.

Can I have it apply a few edits to all the images at this point in the workflow, such as, Metadata, Chromatic Aberration, Color Noise reduction etc.

If so, how do I set up these preview preferences?
