I'm running C1 Pro 12 under High Sierra on an iMac (too old a model to take Mojave) and under Mojave on a MacBook Pro. Works for me on both.

Simple answer: yes, not because it runs fine (it does) but because it is in the release notes. You find them on the support page.

Tip: look into the release notes of Capture One to find the system requirements.

Paul's comment is very good and one that everyone should pay attention to. Especially now that we know that Mojave is the last OS that's going to support 32-bit apps and lots of us are running older OSes (I run Snow Leopard, El Capitan and Sierra), it's always a good idea to check the vendors' sites for OS and other requirements BEFORE buying an app or upgrade. I'm still finding updates that are 32-bit.

And beyond the OS version, many apps have serious graphics requirements that may not be met by older machines that are running supported OSes. Phase One is one of many vendors who readily supply this info on their websites.
