Display panels on the second monitor

Hi, I have a problem displaying tools on two monitors. The tools are partially hidden. Can't increase by dragging. 😕

  Looks like it might be related to Windows scaling in some way. If you are running scaling at greater than 100% try setting it back to 100% as a test to see what happens.
  
  If it makes a difference you probably need to investigate (based on whichever version of Windows you are running) how the graphics card, its current driver, current Windows release and C1 will play together in your set up.

  Make sure your resolution is set properly on the 2nd monitor.
