Cannot process files
I recently posted a thread explaining my processing problem. Again I cannot process any files and never got to the cause of the problem last time. I have deleted my processing history and I have plenty of hardrive space. You recommended that I purge my cache but i dont know how to do this. I am having to process out files in leaf which I would prefer not to have to do. Everytime I try to process it says this.
"could not generate preview"
"Description: Unknown reason
File: /Users/stephenrobinson/Desktop/Melk_SR/CaptureOne/Cache/Proxies/WillPryce_048278.mos.cop
Domain: com.phaseone.captureone
Code: 1"

Check your output profile in the output recipe and your Proof Profile setting (View Menu). Point it to selected recipe. 0 -
ive checked my output folder and its the correct directory. I have tried processing out of previous sessions aswell and this had no effect. Thumbnails appear in my process history but nothing else happens. The processing bar does not go orange and no files are created. 0 -

You just might have missed the point of my suggestion, hence I repeat it while emphasizing the main parts. Better save than sorry.
Second tip: clear your process history from the Batch tool, History tab.0 -
Also make sure you have the batch tab present on your screen... If it is not there, processing will not occur. 0 -
thanks for all your suggestions but I am still having problems. I have cleared my history in the batch tab. I have checked my output recipe and pointed it to selected recipe. What confuses me more is that it started working randomly and then stopped. 0 -
What is your output profile in your selected recipe?
And another tip: create a new recipe, and try it to process your images with.0
