Does v.7 lose sessions from v.6?
I read somewhere that it does. Is this true? I am eager to take Capture One 7 for a test drive, but I want to be prepared for any bumps in the road.

I proceeded with installation of v.7, and all of my sessions were lost. Perhaps they are hiding somewhere. Do you know where I might find them? If they are indeed gone, how do I recreate them?

That list shows the last opened sessions. In the new program, no session are yet opened. Go to File > Open and browse to your session folder, open it, select the session file and open. Now the opened session will be added to the list.
Alternatively, you can also browse from Explorer to your session folder, open it, double click on the session file and CO7 will open it.0 -
