OK So why'd you change it this time!??!?!
Before I was slightly disgruntled when the CaptureOne v4 betas changed the output size on imagery from 7228x5428 to 7216x5412, taking 192 pixels away from me, but I accepted it because I was told this was the true spec for a p45 back and that I would just have to accept it because v3 was actually wrong the entire time it was out and never fixed, so what I thought was a bug was actually a fix.
NOW, when processing images with v4 FINAL all data is shifted 15 pixels on the x and on the y!!!!
What gives P1?!? Can we stick to one size or is this another "fix" to meet p45 spec? You would think if you made the back you would get YOUR software to correctly output it to spec the first time, but NO you keep changing it. I am still shocked that for years the software was outputting the wrong dimensions and NOTHING is done about this.
The only solution I see is if you offer a beta2 that doesn't expire otherwise I'll have to stick to v3 as its the only calibrated solution I have.

Did you submit a support case? Might be the better way to get an answer from them. 0 -
