Albums empty on Export as Catalog
Has anyone else experienced this issue??
When I choose an Album or Project or Group and select Export as Catalog, I am finding that the new catalog contins all the user Albums and Projects in the new catalog are empty - they contain no images and variants.
The images and varinats that were in the selected Albums and Projects of the originating catalog are in the All images collection in the new catalog, but nowhere else.
I'm seeing this in Catalogs with reference images in Capture 10.1.2.
Strangely enough the Phase One supporter couldn't reproduce this issue, I can reproduce it most of the time.

What's your case number? I'd like to take a look at this 0 -
Thank you. Ben. It is case 256507. I have attached a zip file with the source catalog, and one export that worked ok, and another that did not. 0 -

I was disappointed to see this Export problem not fixed in CaptureOne 10.2
I now see that my support case for this issue has been closed without further comment.
Are others still experiencing this?0 -
I recently ran into the same issue, not sure it was with 10.1.2 or 10.2. 0 -

Ticket 264806 has been created on this issue.
I suggest that others affected raise tickets as well. (It looks to me that all old tickets have been cancelled)0
