ICC V4.0 Profile Problem?
When using a version 4.0 custom camera profile for a Leaf back the color editor does't work. When a correction is made on the color wheel the entire image desaturates by about 30% and the color correction itself is not applied. If I switch back to a v2.1 profile the problem goes away. Using MAC OS 10.6.4. I saw mention of a problem with V4.0 profiles in the C1-5 release notes with OS 10.5, but not with 10.6.4. Anyone else having similar problems? Could something other than the ICC profile version be the cause?

Maybe, maybe not. In a fairly limited amount of experience with self-made camera profiles I had CO5 crashing when using the Color Editor. I had made a v2 ICC profile by the way. Have not looked deeper into it. 0 -
V4 Profiles are not currently supported in Capture One due to limitations of the CMM we are using. We do expect to support ICC V4 profiles in the future however. 0 -
Thanks Jon. I can create v2 profiles and use those just fine for now. I wasn't sure if it was something I was doing wrong, or a characteristic of the software. 0
