Open With Photoshop keyboard shortcut...

I haven't used Applescript before so can I ask if it's possible to make a keyboard shortcut to Open With > Photoshop?
And is there an existing script that I could download and possibly adapt to work with Capture One 12 and Photoshop CC 2015? Or use as an example to learn from?
I'd be grateful for any advice!
