Copy/Apply not working right

Hello,

For some reason all of a sudden my APPLY Button will only apply to a single image instead of a selection of images like its supposed to. I'm sure its something I did but I cant seem to figure it out.

Any help will be appreciated1

  You may be set to edit only the primary variant. Toggle the edit selected icon in the tool bar to edit selected variants.
