Canon 5D and capture one pro

This may be a lame question but I recently switched from the Nikon D200 to the Canon 5D. I am tethering the camera to the computer but when capture one pro tries to read the camera it comes up with"Connection Failed Error: 0c000080" Does anyone know how to tether the 5D to capture one pro? Or what this error is? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, THANKS!!!
