ICM Color Management (space) profiles
I am using CaptureOne 10 for processing (love the addition of "Proofing" btw) together with Colorbyte's ImagePrint 10 for printing. ImagePrint has a higher optimized print grayscale color environment (higher than gray gamma 2.2) that is defined in a GrayL.icm file to: "enhance the maximum density gradation of images compared to standard grayscale working spaces such as 'gray gamma 2.2." This is aimed at Photoshop users... of which I am not (and do NOT want to be) one.
I am curious whether this color space (or similar) can be accessed and utilized as a color space within Capture One?
Can you recommend a route for the highest quality, gray scale print preparation using Capture One? Seems there is ample knowledge on the web for Photoshop and Quadrip for those focused on Piezography (Jon Cone's stuff), but I don't see much on this with respect to Capture One.
