export tiff??

hello I have got machintsoh commputer. I want to ask questions. I am make a retuch in the capture program. but I dont export tiff or jpeg. I dont know export button. I am find process toll but I dont find export tiff pls help me.
and I dont see sharpen filter in the capture.. how is the shharpen?? 😭 😭

  Place a Check Mark within the Square to left of one of the Destinations and this is what will process.
