    Not very constructive post I must say, try contacting support and provide as much information as possible.

    It was not intended to be confrontational, but rather to notify C1 how very stressful this has become. There are a host of issues that the crashing has begun to cause, lost. .col files, lost work which I spent several hours painting a very detailed and intricate adjustment layer mask to give you an idea. When the program crashed two nights ago in the double digit range within an hour I asked myself how long is it before we will see an update that will repair this. I am not the only one who is dealing with this issue.

    I would be surprised if you needed people to contact you to tell you that this version crashes repeatedly!

    In fact,one of your people posted here that you were well aware of the issues and that a new release was coming soon.

    That's certainly not the case for everyone, which is why a support case is the only way to go. What causes a crash on one machine may not be what causes a crash on another.

    Posts may be unhelpful, but this forum should reveal the thinking of C1P users.
    I have sent (recently) numerous crash logs, etc to supplement my ongoing support case on C1P 6.
    They all show the same module crashing in the same place.

    I complained bitterly about having to pay for the C1P 6 upgrade less than 60 days after purchasing C1P 5.
    My check was been cashed, but I still have not got a reliable C1P 6 release (thru 6.2).
    That's 6 months and counting.

    Not a support case issue any more.

    I have downloaded 6.2.1. & all seems to work fine now without the usual crash.

    I too, have, downloaded, installed and using and at this point is working wonderfully. Also a new feature is when editing photos from a browsing software it only imports the selected photos in the gallery. This is a really nice update. Previously it would bring all the images into the album making it near impossible to locate my selects w/out referring back to PHoto Mechanic. Way to go guys!
