Activate used PC License on mac

Hi,

i have a license currently running on a pc and want to activate it on a mac.
when i use the code to activate it says

Activation not possible, because profil has failures.

i deactivated the license, tried to activate it on the pc but i receive the same error.

it is C1 7.1.6
