    A picture tells more...

    Nevertheless some words:

Camera Controls now shows the camera program (with the 5D mkII it is a dial on the camera; with 1D/Ds series it could be possible to set the program from CO Pro 6.2, not tested that yet, anyone?) and Shutter/Aperture (depending on program). Allows you to set Shutter/Aperture (depending on program) and exposure (EV) adjustment in range of -3/+3 in 1/3 increments.

The Camera tool allows you to select all available raw, jpeg and raw+jpeg formats the camera knows. It also allows you to preset the white balance (would normally say Daylight or Auto, but I did use a fixed WB value in camera hence the Color Temp. readout).
The white balance eye-dropper does not work in CO Pro 6.2 for Windows, but it works on the Mac version (which is missing other minor features you Windows user have in this tool)

Thanks for your trouble, Paul; succinctly explained by your screen-grabs.
That's a vast improvement on tethered functionality, bringing the camera controls to where you are working. It used to be a time-consuming, lame-duck arrangement to have to leave the computer to check or adjust settings on the camera, especially if some distance away.
    Well done, C-One.
    John.
