Loupe Deck Plus & Capture One Pro 20

I am new Capture One and I have subscriber of Capture One Pro 20. 

I am using my Loupe Deck Plus with Lightroom Classic 2020, Adobe Photoshop 2020, Luminar 4.0 and it's working perfectly alright with all these software.

But it's not working in Capture One Pro 20. I have seen people using it normally with Capture One but there is an issue with Capture One Pro 20 version.

How to resolve this problem. Any idea?

    Do you have Loupedeck set under the Edit/Keyboard Shortcuts setting ?

    Two things:

    • LoupeDeck only provides limited compatibility for C1Pro. It is shortcut-based, as they didn't get access to the input-API.
    • If you have an AZERTY keyboard, it won't work well. Apparently, they are not close to provide multi-layout keyboard features.

    I got so disappointed that I sent mine back - to my big dismay, because I liked the product. But it had become not much more than a 250 Euros expensive brick on my desk.
