I don't know, but I have been seeing this too. I wondered if my card had got corrupted, or my SD card slot was playing, but now you have me wondering.

I've ruled out the cards as I can play the photos back within camera. I have the camera set for photos to be saved to both slot 1 and slot 2 just in case one card gets corrupted. I doubt 2 cards could be bad at the same time. I'm thinking a setting in capture one but not sure what/where.

Or perhaps it doesn't play nicely with some setting in an update to Mojave? It has happened on my MacBook Pro (Mojave) but not on my iMac (High Sierra).

I'm having a similar issue with Windows 10.

I'm still om the 30 day free trial however, neither Capture One Pro or Fuji Express is importing my images and they did perfectly fine for the first 2 weeks. I have yet to activate my license for Fuji Pro which I'm about to ask for a refund.

    My error is
"The selected image is either unavailable, in an unsupported format or corrupted".

I can import them just fine into Lightroom and I even saved the files to my computer hard drive and lightroom reads them that way as well, but capture one cannot import directly from my SD Card or hard drive.
So the files are not corrupted or unreadable, I've just multiple card and all same issue and I imported them just fine and all before.

    Camera Fujifilm XT3

    Thanks,
    Garrett

I think it's time for everyone involved to open a support ticket and get the Phase One experts involved.

I had the same issue, I did some research and followed the instructions on the link below to 'reset the Plist' and it worked! I hope it does for you too...

After three years of inactivity on the thread, I expect the problem was fixed long ago, Martin.
