transfered my boot drive to bigger drive - license
I have upgraded my hard disk from a 256gb ssd to a 512gb ssd and it all went well with everything working as normal except capture one pro 8 which thinks there are now not enough licenses.
Clearly a simple hard disk change is enough to upset things.
I would rather not break into my pc again and cause other potential problems - does Phase one have a simple "reset all licenses" like Adobe have?
Thanks
Stephen Johnson

Go to the Phase One web site, select MY PAGES then login to manage your licences.
After you are logged in do the following:
- Select LICENSE MANAGEMENT
- Click on the relevant product listed
- Select RESET ACTIVATIONS
You should then be able to reactivate your Capture One, note you will also have to reactivate on your other installation.0 -
Thanks for your assistance on this AiDon, I have completed the steps you outlined and all is well. 0
