Upgrade Express for Sony to Pro fails.
I have been using Capture One Express for Sony for a week as a normal Windows User. I bought the upgrade to Capture One Pro for Sony and installed it. On completion of the installation it merely launches the old Express version.
Running the administrator account, which has never run Capture One Express for Sony, I installed the Pro for Sony version again and it installed correctly, and on starting gave me the option to activate it with my license key - something that didn't happen when I running and installing as a normal user.
In summary: I can run Capture One Pro for Sony only as an administrator. As a normal user I am stuck with Capture One Express for Sony. I need to run Capture One Pro for Sony as a normal user.
The installed programs list shows only one instance of Capture One.

To answer my own question, I ran the Express version as a normal user and selected "Stop running Capture One Express" in the license information dialog under the Help page. When I restarted Capture One, the Pro version came up with the correct license key shown. 0
