Customze Toolbar WITH text

Hi...
Mac 10.5.5: Capture 4 Pro. Having downloaded & activated C4 Pro, I would very much like my toolbar to have the text as well as icons until I get used to it. It will not allow me to customize with the 'text & icon' option, rather irritatingly.

I've rebooted C4, still wont.
Any clues?

  Phase One already acknowledge this as a bug.
