Feature request - UI Expand / Reveal SubCategories
Hi,
I think this could apply to all of Capture One but I find it particularly needed in the Adjustments Clipboard Tab.
C1 has a plethora of Categories and Sub Categories for each Tool and its option's.
By Default after you hit the copy button all categories are expanded and shown - even those without checkboxes selected.
I note we have options for Expand / Close all in the Tool Options Menu but no way to set a shortcut for this. In the Mac finder theres a long standing convention that alt/opt click on a disclosure triangle closes / opens all folders / items beneath that level - I can't see why that couldn't be implemented in C1
Even more useful and something that could work in a number of areas in the UI of C1 would be the option to auto hide / open the list of properties such that only tool top menu and sub menu / properties with "checked" boxes expand by default and empty tool menu's are automatically rolled up.
This could be expanded even more usefully by hiding the display of unchecked properties completely simplifying the displayed UI considerably.
Currently the on screen result is to my eye's at least messy / unfinished in terms of UI polish and having to continually scroll up and down a list that approaches 100 entries long just to confirm no unwanted properties have been copied is a waste of time and easy to get wrong.
Thx

I couldn't agree more. That is especially annoying int the metadata pane. On a MacBook screen you have always scroll down your way, if you want to check the keywords. Where are the Mac standards?0 -
What should this link tell me? The crew take any suggestion only, if they are officially processed? 0 -
Correct - we are focused on the support system so if it is officially registered, it is officially processed. This remains a user to user forum. There are guidelines on contacting Phase One if you want a dialog with Phase One in the forum rules. 0
