Fuji RAF files on C1 LE 3.7

Hello,
I am using a Mac G4 w/ C1 LE 3.7.
When I attempt to open a folder with RAF files from my Fuji, I get nothing. Is this usual and cumtomary functionality?

    I see not a function for attaching a file. Do you have FTP site or email to attach and send to?

    Go to http://support.phaseone.com
    Click on create support case, state the problem and you can also attach a file there.
