Save failure...

first time here... and first problem using CO 4 after almost 2 month. was moving around files manually (not using the " move-to" tool) after that the following message appeared: Save failure Internal validation error(s) occured. This should not happen. but it did.... anyone can help?

    Removing Capture One.col in Pictures/Capture One Library might help. It is automatically recreated. It holds track of the folders used among others. No image adjustments get lost when you delete the file.
