No brush-cursor in 8.2.1

Hi,

I am new to C1 - testing for a future transfer from Aperture. I have an issue w/ the brush cursor on my iMac 27" Retina (w/processor and graphics card upgrade).

When selecting the brush-tool, the cursor does not change to the circular brush with the +/i inside, it just stays the same standard mouse pointer cursor. Brushing works, but it's like driving blindfolded. 😊

Any suggestions? Thanks.

  Is the problem you see anything like the descriptions here?

  Hi, its similar, but quite different. I actually never have the circular brush cursor, indifferent of brush size.

  hi,
  
  seems to be a bug or a glitch. after installing the switchresx tool (for other reasons) and switching through a few resolutions and back to an apple standard res w/hidpi the cursor/brush is now working properly.
