Increase Luminance Tool?

Making the transition over to C1 from LR3. I have found most of the same tools or methods to achieve the same results between both programs, except for one, Luminance. LR3 has a set of sliders that deal with global and local colors, saturation and luminance. What tool in C1 allow for increasing/decreasing the luminance globally with regard to color or locally for a certain color range?

    Not sure if it's the same, but the Color Editor has a Lightness setting for selected colors.

    Let me correct one err from my original post- In LR3 there is the Vibrance, not Luminance.

    Vibrance in PS and LR only effect the least saturated colors in the image. So, applying vibrance to a color such as red will adjust the less saturated reds more than the more saturated reds.

    Clarity applies contrast to the midtone areas.

    No, there isn't a direct equivalent of Vibrance in Cap One, but it's "smart" saturation is actually quite similar in effect.
