dual monitors support in C1 4?

I'd like to be able to have my preview on my cinema display and my thumbnails displayed on my laptop. in Pro I can go to the window>thumnails and it creates a separate window of thumbnails I can then drag over to my laptop screen and keep those up simultaneously.
Where do I find this in 4.0? Does it support this function?

    CO 4.x is the upgrade to CO3.x LE and you won't find floating windows in it like you described. However, I remember someone asked approximately the same question here some time ago, and a member of Phase One support staff answered that floating windows will be a Pro feature.
