How to set a link to either "absolute" or "relative"

Working with sessions I found the following text in the Helpfile:

<Check the folders link by marking the individual folder in Library Tool Tab, if the link is
set to be absolute, the link will not be automatically adapted when moving the session;
to make the subfolder follow the sessionfile set this the link to “relativeâ€.>

How can I make this happen?

    In the Library tool, below, click the Info button to open that section (if not already open). See the Absolute versus Relative to Session drop down list.
