C7 and D800

I have problem with detecting my D800 and tethering. Says no camera attached.
It works okay with Nikon Camera Control Pro. Camera is visible in computer browser.
Any ideas?

    Did you close Nikon Camera Control before starting CO7?

    Yes. Nikon camera was installed after my attempts with Capture One7

    I suggest you open a support case to let Phase One staff guide you through all options.

    Hi Daniel,

    In the preference or option, after "capture" and in bottom, "connection accepted", it is the Nikon camera selected.

    Tof: Yes, Nikon is checked in preferences

    Update:
    I figured out that after 2 minutes (yes, two minutes) D800 appears and its fully funcional. But... yeah, but after 2 minutes from USB connection.

    Also tried with Nikon D3200.
    Doesnt see it at all.
