    I've seen this the last 2 times I've used 6.1.1 Pro... (W7 64)

I can't get it to fail now though... So I'm a bit confused.

I don't know if it's exactly the same issue but I have seen something like this issue with one particular image in CO Pro 32bit on Win7 32bit. After using 'divide and conquor' to isolate the suspect image, (in my case it was actually one particular variant) I managed to recreate the variant using 'Create New Variant' and than copying the settings across before deleting the original variant ('Clone variant' may work just as well but I can't say for sure).

From this experience, it appears that one particular cause of this problem may be some sort of corrupted settings file. Ommitting the original variant (before it was deleted) allowed the web contact sheet to be generated without problem.

    Wade.

I'm seeing this quite a lot again now, so I'm going to open a support case.

To all who post here, please open a support case if you not already have done so. And if any of the users have found a solution with or without help of Phase One support, please report back to help others. Thank you.

If it's any use my case ID is 85915. It's gone to the 'back room boys' for investigation; no time scales given. It appears it's not universal problem so not a straightforward fix.

Thanks Spike for your feedback. Because the issue is not common nor straightforward to solve, it emphasizes the necessity or as much support cases to collect information.

For an arranged solution, I exported my images under folder of output (JPG) and I finally could create my webcontact page normally… I had already had an identical problem with C1 5.1 which was corrected by 5.1.1

Sorry for my english (translate by Systran) 🤭
