Heal function in V4

Can anyone confirm if V4 Pro has any functionality similar to 'heal' in Photoshop for those disaster moments when sensor dust wreaks havoc on a critical shoot? Naturally we all take precautions of religiously using Visible Dust products preshoot and use image preview zoom mid shoot on the Canon 1Ds however using C1 I have now removed the need for Photoshop for all corporate and architectural shoots apart from producing contact sheets. Being able to 'tip out' odd dust specs in C1 would be really helpful.

  It has been submitted as a Feature Request, but no indication if / when this would be implemented in future versions.
  
  For now, setting Photoshop to launch up process completion is option.
