Space Bar zoom on mac

Hi I have C1 on a pc and a mac - when I press the space bar on the PC, a small screen showing the whole window appears which I can navigate quickly. This doesn't happen on my mac. Does anyone know whether this feature is on the mac, and if so how to activate it?

  Alt-CMD-0 zoom to 100%
  CMD-0 zoom to fit
  
  Menu: View - Viewer zoom
  
  EDIT: i misunderstood your question. I don't know the answer, i never do that.

  With the cursor tool set to Pan (hand symbol), right-click in the viewer to get the navigation window on Mac.

  I do not like this new feature, where you hit the space bar (windows) and a little navigation widow pops up, does anyone know how to disable it?
