Microsoft Expression Media for Intranet?

Hi there,
is there a possibility to use Microsoft Expression Media for Intranet, which is built with Typo3? I am working for a small firm, which wants to use its intranet to provide their pictures for staff and for accredited guests.

In case of impossibility, is there any other software i may can use for meet my demands?
