Should I remove and reinstall C1 4 since...

it will not open? I used C1 4 for about a week; however, now for no apparent reason, when I click the icon to open C1 4, I get the spinning beachball. I've let it spin for up to 5 minutes and C1 4 never opened.

  I would give it a shot. Remove and install again. Let us know.
